User testing 

By collating and reviewing data from the Roberts Radio website, we developed user personas and goals that provided a clearer vision of their customers. This enabled us to recommend key improvements across their products, merchandising, functionality, user experience, structure, content, design and promotions. 

User feedback 

As part of the user testing, qualitative data was gathered via a short online feedback survey that identified common customer pain points. 

Website audit and data analysis

An accessibility, performance and SEO audit, along with review of historical Google Analytics data uncovered key onsite improvements, including enhancing the user experience and customer satisfaction.
