With 4 ageing eCommerce websites, fire protection, safety and security providers, Right Action required an improved digital presence to effectively boost sales and showcase them as leaders in their field.

This initial project scoping has been core to the successful launch of their new Shopify store, which delivers a flawless user experience from beginning to end.

Content audit  

To reduce buyer fatigue, a full content audit was undertaken to simplify and reduce the amount of information migrated from their old site. The streamlined content was strategically placed in easily digestible tabs, offering the user everything from descriptions, specifications and delivery information. And if any scrolling is required, the sticky ‘add to basket’ module follows the user down the page, increasing AOV. 

 

Competitor Analysis 

As an ambitious business, Right Action strives to remain a leader in its field. Through competitor analysis, we identified clear opportunities that give Right Action a significant digital advantage, including the launch of a comparison tool, quote functionality, express checkout, bestsellers feature and live online support.

   


Product variants and bulk buy model 

The Shopify store is seamlessly connected to Right Action’s ERP, impressively feeding in real-time stock data to the new site. This integration expertly pulls through the large range of SKUs that hold multiple product variants such as size, weight, colour and interior options. Not only that, but the eCommerce store also has the ability to automatically calculate bulk buy discounts and delivery costs.
