Their existing store was outdated and a new platform was needed to offer greater control of content, improved usability and the ability to build new functionality.

Morco Products pride itself on their help and advice content, which has now been significantly enhanced to include gated content for account holders, videos, interactive manuals and exploded diagrams. All of which give Morco customers a greater ability to self-serve. The powerful CMS enables Morco's team to manage all content in-house.
Selling direct to consumers and to businesses, Morco required functionality to work for both audiences, this included adding B2B specific features such as inc.VAT toggle and ability to pay on account.
Detailed product diagrams with hotspots linking to product pages enable engineers to identify exact components and add to basket within 2 clicks. A resource library packed with help, product manuals, videos and an interactive product finder tool further supports Morco’s trade customer base’s ability to self-serve.
