Built using the Peracto eCommerce platform, Astrak’s site provides their B2B account customers in Europe with an online purchasing portal.
It integrates heavily with their ERP, NetSuite for dynamic product, price, stock and order placement as well as account information for account customers to view their invoices & statements. It also handles complex fitment logic to allow users to find the right part for their machinery using a part finder tool.

As part of our discovery service, Astrak required both strategic and technical consultancy along with end-to-end software testing. This included evaluating all integrations such as with their ERP, Netsuite, where all real user scenarios were rigorously tested and checked for data integrity before portal development began.

With payments processed purely on account, trade users can easily review previous order history and download invoices. The easy to use dashboard allows users to update account details and address book.
