Working closely with RunningShoes.co.uk, our specialist UX Lab team helped to create a strong brand identity that would give them a competitive edge in the sportswear market. This included, conducting competitor benchmarking, developing their brand proposition and designing their new brand look and feel.

As a key objective, the User Experience (UX) has been heavily tested from beginning to end. The Shopify platform enabled us to effortlessly map out user journeys and create aesthetically pleasing and clear User Interfaces (UI).

The new site offers an abundance of customer focused features, including a fast site search, varied and quick payment methods, clear navigation with A-Z brand search and sophisticated account area for customers. Products can be found with limited clicks and with high quality imagery and detailed product descriptions, users can quickly make an informed decision to purchase.
Built on offering customers value, on the top of every page a sticky navigation is featured where customers can take advantage of 15% off their first purchase as well as exploring their price match guarantee.
The mobile friendly site is already making waves with its target audience, exceeding predicted sales for its first few days of launching.
