The stores offer entirely different product catalogues but what they now have in common are a range of impressive features that support conversions and boost online revenue, along with an easy to use admin tool that keeps them innovative.
Part of the Arleigh Group, ASAP Supplies is one of the UK’s largest stockists of marine equipment and spare parts. Their large product catalogue of over 12,000 stock lines is available for both B2C and B2B trade customers.
As a new venture for Arleigh Group, ASAP Supplies needed to match the high standards of their other brands, including Nova Leisure and Midland Chandlers. As well as crucial changes to the overall user experience, the new site needed to be replatformed due to its existing platform reaching its end of life support.
Built on the feature-rich platform, Peracto, the new site can easily cater for both B2C and B2B audiences. Through a Customer and Trade portal, the audience has its own user experience, for example trade customers can benefit from seeing product information without VAT and enhanced payment options such as ‘Pay on Account’ to ease purchases. And, to highlight when viewing the trade experience, the UI cleverly changes - seeing the introduction of yellow across the site.
The sophisticated trade portal automatically allocates users to different account levels depending on the answers provided on the online account set-up process. This enables ASAP Supplies to create multiple discount levels and segment their data.
The new store is packed full of features that enhance a customer experience, including:
