9xb's studios are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (UK time). The contact number below is available for use if you are a 9xb client and need support outside of these hours.
These calls should be restricted to genuine emergencies such as your website experiencing major technical issues or being unavailable.
Please note: in the event that the support request is not an emergency or is a request for a change to your website then we reserve the right to charge our time at a rate of £150+vat per hour, with a minimum time allocation of 30 minutes.
