New eCommerce platform for leading motorcycle retailer

M&P is a leading online retailer of motorcycle spares, clothing and accessories. Limitations of their existing Magento eCommerce platform plus a lack of integration with their in-house ERP Volo, were preventing the business from growing. The final straw came when a Black Friday promotion was ‘turned off’ a day early, leading to a significant loss of sales.

Seasonal campaigns such as ‘Get back on your bike’ promoted through Facebook, Instagram and email,driving traffic to the new optimised webstore. Email is now M&P’s best converting channel, driving more than 20% of revenue.
