Complex e-commerce sites can take months to deploy from a development perspective. Also take into consideration the work you will need prepare such as, content, hi-res imagery, prices, payment gateways, along with much more.

Can the platform be supported by another agency or vendor if you decide to move on elsewhere in the future?

Along with initial on boarding fees, are there annual or monthly fees to take into consideration?

Site aesthetics and correct navigation are key - they bode as a trust factor but also aid user experience by enabling a clean, easy to use site.
