JOB VACANCY: New Media Sales / Account Handler

We work with lots of companies, both large and small, creating and developing successful websites and online marketing strategies.

Due to our success over the last few years a vacancy has arisen within our sales & project management team, the details of which are:

THE ROLE

The role of Sales Account Manager within our company means a number of things:

Sales - from lead generation to closing the deal, achieving quarterly sales targets.

Creativity - Listening, understanding client objectives, then coming up with creative suggestions on how these can be achieved through their website.

Writing - You'll need to be a good writer, writing proposals that outline the benefits of working with 9xb, detail your understanding of and suggestions on the client's project.

Project Management - You've won the business, that's great! Now the hard work begins, project managing the work through the studio which includes:

  • Creating design & development briefs
  • Briefing the designer / developer on the work
  • Managing the budgets
  • Communicating throughout with the client
  • Handling all administration and invoicing stage payments on time
  • Advising the client on marketing elements
  • And much more...

Account Management - As well as the new clients, you'll need to manage existing clients to ensure they're well informed and aware of new opportunities and also handle their website work requirements.
