Project Manager
Bob has so many interesting facts about himself that it was almost tempting just to list those on his profile, but we'll start off with telling you that he is a PRINCE2 accredited project manager with previous experience working in the public sector. Projects that Bob has been involved in include business improvement projects on the financial viability of school food, design and build of playgrounds in West London and a health complaints advocacy service for the Department of Health, amongst many others. With this diverse experience he's well equipped to deal with a wide range of clients here at 9xb.
Following up a degree in mathematics from the University of York with further study of Continuous Improvement at the University of Derby Business School, Bob is bringing a commitment to customer prioritised service design to 9xb. In his own words: "I've studied the work of William Edwards Deming and apply the principles of continuous improvement and systems thinking to my daily work... now I'm looking to make the world a better place one online transaction at a time."
And when he's not being so pretentious about improvement Bob has a number of hobbies that help pass the time including photography, reading, cooking and football.
