VG Home Limited distribute leading products from overseas to the UK market. Whilst much of this is wholesale, the client recognised the opportunity to sell products direct to the consumer through a professional and effective online store.

The challenge within the project, was to develop an e-commerce platform that caters for not only one online store, but an unlimited number of web stores going forward as the business expands and increases its product offering. All products are managed through one warehousing operation, therefore the new platform also needed to seamlessly integrate with their fulfilment providers systems, offering real time data transfer.

9xb's strategic development team set to work, first planning and scoping the required functionality, then designing and developing the new platform and the first website that was to utilise the e-commerce framework.

Kas Linens, the premium Australian bed linen brand is the first of these product ranges to be built and we are pleased to announce the launch of the new website www.kas-linens.co.uk. Only a few months old, the site has seen significant sales and is proving a resounding success to date.
