The Client
The Holiday Let came to 9xb as a start up business in 2008, the company founders having recognised a significant opportunity to 'do it better' than anyone already offering holiday lettings online.

Holiday Let

The key website objectives were twofold:

  • Provide a platform for property owners to effectively promote and manage their property portfolios
  • Provide a stylish and easy to navigate / search online property 'shop window' for prospective holidaymakers to browse holiday accommodation and book online

In such a competitive market, it was crucial that the new website had a strong and immediate impact, in the first instance encouraging property owners to sign up and add their property details. With these owners already using other websites to do this, the new site needed to make the right impression to demonstrate how much easier it is to manage and how much better it promotes their properties. Once the property database grew, the time came to promote the website to the public.

Only a few months into its life, the website has over 1,000 properties listed and is growing fast, with visitor levels increasing daily.
