Project: Email Marketing Strategy for Yorkshire Linen
Following the successful development and launch of the new Yorkshire Linen website in Autumn 2008, 9xb were commissioned to work with the client to develop their email marketing strategy. The key objective of the campaign is to keep existing shoppers informed of new products, special offers and promotions thereby increasing customer retention and repeat ordering rates.
With more and more brands waking up to the power of email marketing, competition for attention in the inbox has never been greater. The days of 'spray and pray' are (thankfully) well and truly a thing of the past, so 9xb worked with the client to refine their strategy to consider campaign promotions, copy, creative, tone of voice, timing, frequency, personalization, segmentation, reporting and that's just the tip of the iceberg!
Rotating between quality led lifestyle propositions and value driven sales promotions, the redevelopment of the website and email marketing campaign has seen online sales from existing customers rise by over 350%.
