Established in 1973, Prime Performers have a long and proud history of providing only the very best high profile speakers, after dinner speakers and celebrity personal appearances for private and corporate events in the UK and worldwide. Now, in their fourth decade, their amazing roster includes celebrities, politicians, explorers, entrepreneurs and even economists, meaning Prime Performers are better placed than anyone to find the right speaker for an event.

In the competitive world of celebrity after dinner speakers, Prime Performers were well aware that their website is a vital tool for raising the company's profile and public awareness. They approached 9xb as they needed both a new website and an ongoing programme of digital marketing.
The site needed to catalogue over 500 celebrities in an easily searchable database as well as guiding users to the most popular featured speakers. With this in mind, our brief was to give the site a fresh new look, improve usability and generate more enquiries.
As many bookings are for one-off events, search engine placement was a vital part of the brief. Pay per click costs are ever rising in this sector so the PPC campaign needed to be reviewed and then carefully managed to maximise conversions. An equally important part of this project was a programme of search engine optimisation to ensure the new website achieved strong 'organic' rankings.

The new site is optimised for search engines and has strong page 1 rankings for its main terms. Following review of the pay per click account the client has seen their cost per click and cost per conversion reduced by over 300%. So they're enjoying a big increase in both traffic and enquiries without increasing their spend.
