Eddisons brief required a new website to reflect the companies changing branding and to provide an up to date look and feel. The project specification asked for a new improved search function along with map based search for commercial properties, complex integration with Eddisons back-office systems and a mobile specific version of the website with geo-location to use with the GPS on a smart phone.
As the company was being completely rebranded, 9xb were required to liaise with the branding agency to use their supplied creative for the website. The entire project had to be completed and delivered in just 3 months to coincide with the launch of their new brand across multiple channels.
The site was successfully delivered on time which was a tremendous achievement by the 9xb project team given the number of stakeholders involved and technical nature of this project. The new AJAX based property search function now provides instant results based on user filter selections and is integrated with Google Maps Geocode service to deliver location based data, significantly improving user experience.
So impressed were Eddisons with the development project, they have recently commissioned 9xb to deliver their entire digital marketing campaign to increase traffic and most importantly conversions through their website.
