Anti-Spam - using a multi-layered approach, spam is identified and quarantined, deleted, or just tagged before it gets anywhere near your mail box.
Virus Scanning - Your email is routed via a dedicated email firewall appliance where powerful antivirus software is used to check for viruses. Infected messages are then deleted before they get anywhere near your PC.
Security & Reliability - by constantly updating security systems, we ensure optimum protection for our customers. Emerging threats are monitored and new security patches are implemented quickly.
Webmail - as with 9xb's standard email packages, we also provide a Webmail facility enabling you to access your email from any computer with an internet connection.
Easy to Set Up - because all mail is filtered before it arrives at your PC, we manage the majority of the set up from our end so you will not need any additional software. You will just need to make a couple of very minor changes to settings in your email application e.g. Outlook.
Calendar - as an added value benefit you will also have access to an online calendar, where you can record appointments, set up email reminders, share calendars plus much, much more.
Task Manager - time management is crucial in operating effectively whilst maintaining that vital work / life balance. This handy tool helps you keep track of your 'to do' list and ensure that nothing ever gets missed.
Noteworthy is not intended as an email marketing tool (but we can provide you with on if you need us to), consequently users are unable to send to more than 250 recipients in a single outbound email.
