With over a hundred years experience in building, selling and repairing cycles, All Terrain Cycles is one of the UK's leading specialist bike companies. A family run business passionate about cycling, All Terrain Cycles operates from its superstore based in Yorkshire but services a nationwide customer base via their fully transactional website.
The aim of the website is ultimately to sell, extending All Terrain's distribution to international coverage. With over 10,000 products within the online store, the challenge was to make it easy for customers to find what they're looking for whilst encouraging them to browse.
With such high value products, being able to offer and control various finance deals was a key consideration as was the ability to maximise sales and cross-selling opportunities.
An email marketing studio enables All Terrain Cycles to effectively market to existing and potential customers, create and send targeted e-shots and track the success of any email marketing activity.
